Diinteena islaamka maxay ka qabtaa sigaarka?
Culimadi hore ee muslimiinta ee waa weynaa kama aaney hadlin tubaakada, maadaama ay tahay wax dunida ku cusub oo dhowr qarni uun laga joogo marki uu billawday isticmaalkeeda, balse fuqahada mucaasariinta ah ayaa inbadan ka hadlay aaraa' fara badana ka dhiibtay, isagoo mid walba uu ku salaynayo sida uu ufahmay waxyeelladeeda.

1- Dhibta uu ukeenayo nafta:-
Ilaahay waxa uu quraankiisa ku leeyahay:-

Aayaddaa kor ku qoran waxa uu Alle ku leeyahay: ''naftiina haku ridina halaag''.

Naftiinna ha dilina maxaa yeelay Ilaahay waa kii idiin naxariis badan.
Sigaarka qofka cabba waxa aan soo aragnay in nafsaddiisa uu geliyo dhib u horseeda inuu halaag ku rido, taasoo ah in cudurro halis ah ku dhacaan. Sidaa awgeed waxa uu ka hor imaanayaa mid ka mid ah waxyaabaha diinta ay ku magacado shanta daruuro oo loo baahanyahay inaan dhowrno, oo ah nafta. Waxa ayna kala yihiin: diinta, nafta, caqliga, maalka iyo dhasha.
2- Hantida ku lumayso sida macni darrada ah:-
Ilaahay waxa uu quraankiisa ku leeyahay:-
[................ ولا تبذّرتبذيراً* إن المبذّرين كانوا إخوان الشياطين وكان الشيطان لربه كفوراً] سورة الإسراء (27).
Micnaha aayaddani waxa weeyaan:'' ha ku cayaarin hantida cayaarid, kuwa maalka ku cayaara waa shayaadiinta walaalahood, shaydaankuna waa mid ku kufrin badan rabbigiis''.
Sidaan ogsoonahay sigaarka waxaa uga baxdo dadka cabba lacag aad u badan, tusaale ahaan; waxaa laga yaabaa in qofka sigaarka cabbaya uunan hanti badan lahayn, naftiisana ay ubaahantahay ama carruurtiisa iyo ehelkiisa, taasna diiniyan waa khalad. Xataa haddii uu lacagtaa awooddeeda leeyahay waxaa jira malaayiin muslimiin ah oo ku gaajoonaya dunida daafaheeda, ma daw baa inuu balwaddan ku bixiyo lacag uu gaajada uga bi'in karo kumannaan muslimiin baahan?!!
Meelaha kale ee na tusinaya xaaraantinimadiisa waxaa ka mid ah: in sigaarka laga soo dhoofiyo waddan gaalo ah oo cadaawad kala dhexeyso muslimiinta, lacagtaas oo keenayso inuu ku awoodaysto dalkaas, hadhowna u adeegsado muslimiinta.
Maadaama uu sigaarku wax udhimay laba kamid ah daruuraadka islaamka, waa xaaraan isticmaalkiisa iyo ka ganacsigiisa, sida ay qabaan fuqahada ugu waa weyn muslimiinta.
3- Habbiso ayuu leeyahay:-
Eeg xadiiskan ay warinayso hooyada mu'miniinta Ummu salama.

''Waxa uu nabigu reebay wax kasta oo wax sarqaamiya, habbisana keenaa”. Xadiiskan ayaa nagaga filan xaaraan noqoshada sigaarka, haddii uunan wax sarqaamin xataa waxa uu keenaa habbiso.
Adillada diinta islaamka aan ka helaynaa aad ayay u fara badanyihiin, waxaana ka mid ah:

Ilaahay wuxuu yiri: “Kuwa raacaya Rasuulka, Nebiga ummiga ah oo ay agtooda ka helayaan, isagoo ku qoran Tawraadda iyo Injiilka, kaasoo faraya waxa san kana reebaya waxa xun, una xalaalaynaya waxyaalaha wanwanaagsan kana xarrimaya waxyaalaha xunxun”.
Sidee loola dagaallami karaa sigaarka iyo guud ahaan tubaakda?

2- Ka joojinta cabbidda sigaarka goobaha dadku udhanyihiin, sida gaadiidka, garoonnada, baararka iwm.
3- Joojinta in xayeysiis loo sameeyo sigaarka noocyadiisa kala duwan, taa bedelkeedana la badiyo xayeesiis ka dhan ah sigaarka.
4- In lagu soo rogo canshuuro fara badan sharikaadka keena sigaarka, warshadaha sameeyana dalka laga mamnuuca haddiiba ay jiraan.
Sidee ujoojin karaa qofka cabba sigaarka?
Sigaarka cabbiddiisa waxaad ku joojin kartaa inaad raacdo talooyinka soo socda, haddii Allaah idmana waad ku guulaysan doontaa joojinta sigaarka:-
1- Xasuuso waxa ay diinta ka qabto sigaarka, noqona qof leh karti iyo go'aan adag, hana iska dhaadhicin inaadan awoodin joojintiisa.
2- Xasuuso in waxyeellada sigaarka ee soo gaarayo nafsadaada iyo tan ehelkaada oo ah dadka kuugu dhow.
3- Xasuuso cudurrada uu keeno sigaarka ee halista ah sida kansarka sambabada.
4- Xasuuso in lacagta kaaga baxdo sigaarka ay mudanyihiin ehelkaada iyo carruurtaada inay noloshooda ku kabaan.
5- Ka suuli gurigaaga iyo goobtaada shaqo wax alle wixi xiriir la leh sigaarka iyo sawirradiisa ama xayeysiisyadiisa.
6- Dabeecadda sigaar cabbidda ku bedel caadooyin kale sida cabbidda casiir iyo isticmaalka caday.
7- Cab maalin walba 8 koob oo biyo ah.
8- Si joogta ah u sameey alamiinto (jimicsi), waxay in badan kaa saacidaysaa inaanay dhib kale ku soo gaarin sida miisaankaada inuu siyaado.
9- Usheeg ehelkaada iyo asaxaabtaada go'aanka joojinta sigaarka ee aad gaartay.
10- Ha tegin goobihi aad kula cabbi jirtay asaxaabtaada sigaarka.
11- Xasuuso in balwaddan sigaarka ay unugulyihiin carruurtaada inay si fudud kaaga daydaan, waayo carruurtu aad ayay uxiiseeyaan waxa dadka waa weyn sameeyaan.
12- Booqo xarumaha la dagaallanka sigaarka iyo hay'adaha ku shaqada leh arrimahaas, si aad talooyin dheeraad ah uga soo heshid.
13- Xasuuso in usbuuca ugu horreeya uu yahay kan ugu dhibka badan, waayo jirkaaga waxa uu weli ku tiirsanyahay nikotiinka, muddadaas gudaheedana astaamaha ka dhalanaya joojinta sigaarka waxa ay yihiin kuwa ka dhib badan xilliyada dambe.
14- Xasuuso in xaaladaha niyad jabka ah ay ugu badanyihiin 3 da bilood ee ugu horreeya marka aad joojinaysid sigaarka, lagana yaabo in walwal iyo mooraal dillaac kugu dhaco mararka qaar, sida marka aad la kulanto ama la fariisato saaxiib cabbaya sigaarka.
15- Ogow in dadka sigaarka cabba kan ugu guusha badan uu yahay kan joojiya sigaarka, haddii aad mar ku sidbato oo aad xabbad qac ka siiso qaado go'aan inaadan xabbad labaad unoqon weligaa.
Qorshaha joojinta sigaarka
Marka aad damacsantahay joojinta sigaarka, sameyso qorshe howleed gaar ah, dadkana usheeg inaad doonayso joojinta sigaar cabbidda, weydiisana inay gacan kaa siiyaan go'aankaada sidaad ku fulin lahayd, iskuna day inaad raacdo talooyinkan hoos ku qoran:-
i. Qor liis ay ku qoranyihiin faa'iidooyinka caafimaad ee aad ka helaysid joojinta sigaarka, kuna dheji meel kuu muuqata sida darbi, talaajadda dusheeda ama meel kasto oo ay ishaadu mar kasta ku dhacayso.
ii. Sameyso cunnooyin fudud oo aan cuslayn, si aad ucunto marka aad dareento inaad aad ugu baahantahay sigaarka.
iii. Maalintaada ku billaabo koob liin bambeelmo ah (burtuqaal), waayo waxa uu kaa saacidayaa in jirkaaga laga suuliyo nikotiinka, isagoo weliba leh (burtuqaalka) dhadhan aad uraaxo badan.
iv. Qor qiyaasta lacagta kaaga baaqato sigaarka sitimaan kasta, kaddibna xisaabi inta kaaga baaqan doonto sanadka dambe haddii EEBE ku gaarsiiyo.
v. Iska yarey cabidda kafayiinka, waayo diraasad ayaa sheegtay in kafayiinka uu keeno inuu qofku u hiloobo nikotiinka, sidaa awgeed ha badsanin cabidda bunka ama qaxwaha (kaffee) iyo shaaha.
vi. Ka fogaw cunidda shukulaatada, waayo dadka qaar marka ay cunaan waxa ay raboodaan sigaarka.
vii. Noqo qof go'aan adag leh, hana is dhiibin haddii aad mar qaldanto, xasuusnawna in inbadan oo dadki sigaarka horay ucabbi jiray ah aaney ku guulaysan joojintiisa illaa isku daygi labaad ama seddexaad kaddib mooyee.
Maxaad ku bedeli kartaa nikotiinka?
Waxaa jira waxyaabo kale oo aad ku bedeli karto nikotiinka, sida xanjada oo aad calaliso waxa ay kaa saacidaa ilaa xad inaad is halmaamsiisid sigaarka.
Waxaa kaloo jira dawooyin suuqa laga heli karo, kuwaasoo yareynaya ku tiirsanaanta nikotiinka, balse dawooyinkaas waxaa habboon inaad isticmaasho la tashi dhaqtar kaddib, waxa ayna soconayaan dhawr bilood.
Faa'iidooyinka joojinta sigaarka
Si kasta oo uu qofku u caafimaad daran yahay, joojinta sigaarka waxa ay dheeraynaysaa cimrigaaga, noloshaadana way kuu hagaagaysaa, bal ila eeg faa'iidooyinka hoos ku qoran:
1. 20 daqiiqo kaddib marka aad sigaarka joojiso, wareegga dhiiggaaga waxa uu billaabayaa inuu soo hagaago.
2. 8 saacadood kaddib, waxa uu dhiiggaagu awoodayaa inuu soo qaado oksajiin fara badan, kaddib marka la baabi'iyo nus ka mid ah CO iyo nikotiinka ku jiray dhiiggaaga.
3. 24 saac kaddib, unugyada cas cas ee dhiigga waxa ay si buuxda usoo xambaarayaan oksajiinka, kaddib marka laga takhaluso gebi ahaan neefta sunta ah ee loo yaqaan CO (karboon hal oksaydh).
4. 2 maalmood kaddib jirkaaga kuma harayo wax raad nikotiin ah.
5. 2 usbuuc kaddib, celceliska garaaca wadnaha iyo caddaadiska dhiigga waxa ay ku soo laabanayaan heerka caadiga ah.
6. 5 sano kaddib, khatarta inuu kugu dhaco wadne istaag ayaa hoos udhacaysa ilaa nus, marka la barbar dhigo dadka cabbaya sigaarka.
7. 10-15 sano kaddib, khatarta inuu kugu dhaco kansarka sambabada ayaa hoos udhacaysa ilaa nus, marka la bar bardhigo kuwa cabba sigaarka.
Gunaanad
